I went into Willard Scoops for the first time yesterday (I know, I'm late to this bandwagon in multiple ways -- not least of which is that summer is almost over*) and I just want to reiterate what Brian Duff said: the Sunburn, which combines strawberries and habenero chili peppers, is the best. When you first put it in your mouth, it just tastes like (great, creamy, delicious) strawberry ice cream. But wait 20 seconds, and you feel the smallest, most manageable, most surprising burn at the back of your tongue. So good.

*IS summer almost over? I went in the water at Scarborough Beach the night before The Most Overrated Hurricane Of All Time, and the waves were crashing and cold. I'm wondering if that was my last ocean swim of the season. I need some good lakes to swim in through September**.

**Speaking of September, keep your eyes peeled for our Fall Preview issue, which will be chock full of fun things to do during the autumn months. Apples! Leaves! Halloween! Books!
