POWER for universal health care

About 20 people from Portland Organizing to Win Economic Rights (POWER) gathered in Monument Square about an hour ago to advocate for free and universal healthcare. (An hour before the end of the work day on a chilly November evening wouldn't have been my rally recommendation, but who asked me?)

At its website, POWER has a set of surveys that relate to housing, living wage, and healthcare -- if they want to get involved, citizens can share their stories there.
